Shift Gallery Show

A suite of promotional materials for a gallery show featuring two artists in a joint show.

Lee Withington’s show, titled “Symbols of Interface” are a new series of paintings and 3D work that explore spatial intersections with symbols. Pam Galvani’s show, titled “Context” is a series of calligraphy and paintings that challenge our ideas about possibilities for marks and text in works on paper. The poster needed to allow room to showcase two different styles and relay the same necessary information. The final version features a large hero image for visual impact and dedicated color blocks in neutral tones for show times and location to be discerned. The following promotional materials had similar visual guidelines, with components shuffled around according to layout.

The final deliverables were two 20″x30″ posters for window display, 12″x18″ flyers, a postcard, an evite and formatted documents for display at the show.
